1. How long does delivery take?
Most orders are processed within 24 hours and typically delivered within 2–3 working days. Larger items or bundles may take an extra day. You'll receive tracking details once your order ships.
2. How much is delivery?
We offer free delivery on all orders over £50. For orders under £50, a flat-rate shipping fee of £4.95 applies. Some larger or bulky items may carry a surcharge — this will be clearly shown at checkout.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the UK. We're working on expanding delivery options in the future.
4. Where is my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. If you haven’t received this or need help tracking your parcel, email us at support@vireta.co.uk and we’ll help right away.
5. What’s your returns policy?
You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.
If the item is faulty and within its product warranty, we will work with the supplier or manufacturer to arrange a replacement or refund in line with the warranty terms.

6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal, along with Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a fast checkout experience.
7. Is it safe to order from your site?
Yes — Vireta uses SSL encryption and trusted payment gateways to ensure your data and payment information is fully protected.
8. Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t yet shipped, we’ll do our best to cancel or amend it. Please email us as soon as possible at support@vireta.co.uk. Once shipped, changes are no longer possible.
9. How do I set up Apple Pay or Google Pay?
There’s no setup needed — if you’ve already enabled Apple Pay or Google Pay on your device, the option will automatically appear during checkout.

11. I’m after a product that’s not listed — can you get it?
Absolutely. If there’s something you need that isn’t in our current catalogue, just reach out to support@vireta.co.uk. We can often source products on request, even if they aren’t listed yet, and may already be planning to add them later.
