Returns & Refund Policy – Vireta
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, you can request a return, refund, or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or send your exchange within 5 working days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return, in accordance with UK consumer law.
Warranty information
Some of our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty ranging from 1 to 3 years. Warranty details vary by product and will be clearly stated on the product page and in the packaging.
If you experience an issue covered by the warranty, please contact us at support@vireta.co.uk with your order number and details of the problem. We will guide you through the warranty claim process.
Please note that warranties cover manufacturing defects but do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
