We ship across the United Kingdom using trusted courier services such as FedEx, DPD and other reputable carriers.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 4:30pm (Monday–Friday) are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.

Delivery Times

Standard UK delivery: 2–7 working days after dispatch unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and delivery location.

Delays & Lost Parcels

If your parcel is delayed, please allow the full delivery timeframe before contacting us.

If your parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we will arrange a replacement or refund in line with UK consumer law.

Delivery Restrictions
