All USA orders are shipped from the UK using FedEx International.
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
Package weight
Parcel dimensions
Delivery destination
Many products will display a shipping cost during checkout.
If shipping isn't available at checkout, simply contact us and we'll provide a competitive FedEx shipping quotation before your order is dispatched.
📦 Order Processing
Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
If an item is temporarily unavailable, we'll contact you as soon as possible with an estimated dispatch date, suitable alternative or full refund.

Typical FedEx delivery times to the United States are:
3–7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays.
💲 Customs, Duties & Import Charges
Orders to the USA are shipped on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis.
This means your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges or carrier brokerage fees once it arrives in the United States.
These charges are determined by US Customs and/or FedEx and are not included in the product or shipping price paid to Vireta.
Any applicable import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow your shipment every step of the way until delivery.
